EXCLUSIVE: I've been arrested for not showing up for my monthly check in to Canadian immigration on 8/9/10 when I was being deported 8/24/12. Why check in? The Canadians heard that I was carrying an American visa given to me by the US Consulate in Canada to follow and settle my children to America after my asylum visa was not renewed after it's 5 yr expiration and we were being sent back home. My children have the right to be deported to their country. The wicked CBSA did not want me back in America. I did NOT fight my deportation in Federal court, the CBSA even wrote in docs that I requested to go home. CORRECT! Canada Border services in my deportation intv lied that they had returned all my US documents back to INS in 2009. This was the first thing the KLM pilot handed me after my $45,000 VIP unaccompanied deportation. The entire intv was recorded by them and ME on my phone.
